COLOUR POEMS

PURPLE
Purple tastes like a fresh plum in the fruit bowl.
Purple feels like a big bruise on my knee.
Purple looks like purple cauliflower on my plate for tea.
Purple sounds like a big fat tui singing in the big bad bush.
Purple smells like purple paint getting splashed along the wall.

What is green?
Green tastes like freshly grown peas from my garden.
Green looks like a budgie in a tree.
Green smells like my mums beautiful white wine just from the shops.
Green sounds like grass swaying with the wind.
Green is a friendly frog in a pond.
